It is always nice to listen to and read about the concept of #psychologicalsafety meant to inspire new generations of
leaders at any level. But putting it into practice is quite another thing. Not
many organisations managed to instil it into daily lives uninterrupted by
changes in leadership.
Ideas, knowledge, and practice are inseparable if we are to achieve wisdom, the essence of true leadership (and psychological safety). It would be great to hear some real-life stories – examples of companies that managed to make long-lasting cultural shifts in this direction.
