To Collaborate Or Cooperate - That Is The Question

How much time do we spend on collaborative meetings intended to improve collective awareness about ongoing and emerging problems and do the rework to create a better outcome? But despite our best intentions it rarely happens.

Maybe what we call collaboration needs an upgrade.
